Prior to the New Year, members of SIOP were asked to predict the top workplace trends that organizations will expect to see in 2014 and the results were recently posted to the SIOP website.  WAVE lab members were happy to see a number of their interests and current research projects reflected on the list.

And while ‘Integration of Technology in the Workplace’ (#6) was a prediction by itself, several other WAVE relevant trends also made the list, such as the increasing use of social networking by organizations (#8 Social Media) and new technology trends that are becoming part of assessment (#4 New Ways to Test).
