The WAVE lab is lucky to have one of its own members serving as a contributor to the SIOP publication The Industrial-Organizational Psychologist (TIP).  Nikki Blacksmith is co-author of the quarterly TIP column Modern App which focuses on the application of modern technology and social media in the workplace.
