Congratulations to the WAVE lab’s newest Ph.D, Dr. Ryan Horn! In February he successfully defended his dissertation, titled Feedback-Seeking Behavior and Performance: A Longitudinal Exploration of Intraindividual Relationships. This study investigated new measurement and analysis approaches in feedback-seeking research.
