New American Psychologist Paper by Dr. Behrend and Dr. Landers

WAVE lab Director Dr. Tara Behrend and Dr. Richard Landers of the University of Minnesota offer guidance for conducting psychological audits of artificial intelligence (AI) systems used to make high-stakes predictions about humans. By developing this guiding framework using a multidisciplinary lens, the paper also introduces an interdisciplinary shared understanding of fairness and bias of AI-systems.
