Congratulations to Dr. Brad Pitcher!

Our very own Brad Pitcher successfully defended his dissertation on February 17th! In his dissertation, entitled “Training with AI: Studying the effects of AI feedback on reactions and skill acquisition in occupational training,” Brad explored how AI and human feedback affect training reactions and skill acquisition for a VR welding task. Brad plans to continue working on projects with the WAVE Lab in addition to working as a Research Scientist at DDI.
