Congratulations to Dr. Jerod White!

Jerod successfully defended his dissertation on May 21st! In his dissertation, "The Effect of Virtuality on Newcomer Socialization: A Person-Centered Investigation," Jerod explored different profiles of new employees in both virtual and in-person work environments. Dr. White will continue working as a research scientist at Hogan Assessment Systems.
