Congratulations to Zach!

We are thrilled to announce that Zach Roper has been admitted to the University of Minnesota's Industrial-Organizational Psychology Ph.D. program and will be starting this fall! Zach has been with the WAVE lab virtually since the summer of 2022 while completing his final years of military service, and is excited to continue his studies with Dr. Richard Landers. We wish him luck and look forward to his future accomplishments!
