Publication: Virtual Worlds and Recruitment

Jessica Badger, Samuel Kaminsky, and Dr. Tara Behrend have recently published their research in the Journal of Managerial Psychology. The study examined the use of virtual worlds (e.g., second life) for recruitment and suggests that interactive virtual environments may not be as effective as traditional websites in conveying information for job seekers.
