Dave Tomczak was a lab member from 2015-2023. He went on to work as a Senior Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton.

Ciera Phillpots was a lab member from 2022-2023. She went on to attend a Master’s Program in Organizational Science at George Washington University.

Dr. Jenna McChesney was a lab member from 2020-2023. She is now an Assistant Professor of Psychology at Meredith College.

Dr. Daniel Ravid was a lab member from 2016-2022. He is now an Assistant Professor of Management at the University of New Mexico.

Dr. Jon Willford was a lab member from 2015-2022. He is now a Research Scientist at BetterUp.

Sam Disario was a lab member from 2018-2019. He went on to work as a Litigation Paralegal and Gilbert Employment Law, P.C. and hopes to attend law school in the future.

Charlotte Shephard was a lab member from 2017-2019. She went on to attend a Masters Program in Organizational Psychology at University of Manchester.

Sarah Zarsky was a lab member from 2017-2019. She went on to attend a Doctoral Program in I-O Psychology at George Mason University.

Ian Siderits was a lab member from 2017-2019. He went on to attend a Doctoral Program in I-O Psychology at North Carolina State University.

Lili Greenstein was a WAVE Lab member from 2017-2018. After graduating from GWU with a major in Organizational Sciences and a minor in both Communication and Business Administration, she went on to work as a Human Resource manager specializing in government contracts at Kelly Government Solutions at the National Institutes of Health.

Dr. Ryan Horn was a lab member from 2012-2017. He went on to work as a Program Evaluation Manager at Rush Medical College of Rush University Medical Center.

Dr. Samantha Dubrow was a lab member from 2014-2015. She went on to attend a Doctoral Program in I-O Psychology at George Mason University.

Max Silverman graduated from GWU in the spring of 2014 with a BA in Psychology and a concentration in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. He went on to work as a User Experience Researcher at Yahoo Sports.

Dr. Jackie Martin graduated from GWU in the spring of 2014 with a BA in Psychology and a minor in  Business Administration. She went on to attend a Doctoral Program in I-O Psychology at the University of South Florida.

Michael Acquah graduated from GWU in 2012 with a BA in Psychology. He went on to study at Harvard Law School.

Allie Huyghe graduated from GWU in 2011 with a BA in Psychology. She is now a research associate at the Strategic Education Research Partnership (SERP).

Dr. Peter Yu graduated from GWU in 2011 with a BS in Communications. He went on to attend a Doctoral Program in I-O Psychology at the City University of New York.

Dr. Allison Yost was a lab member from 2010-2012. She went on to work as a Senior Behavioral Scientist at BetterUp.

Dr. Jessica Badger was a lab member from 2009-2012. She went on to work as a Senior Research Psychologist at the U.S. Army Research Institute.

Dr. Garett Howardson was a lab member from 2009-2014. He went on to work as a Research Psychologist at the U.S. Army Research Institute.

Dr. Samuel Kaminsky was a lab member from 2009-2014. He went on to work as an Analyst at JetBlue Airways, and later as a Scaled Assessment Specialist at Google.

Dr. Michael Karim was a lab member from 2010-2015. He went on to work as the Director of Military Recruiting Research at the Fors Marsh Group. 

Dr. Elena Auer graduated from GWU in the spring of 2016. She went on to attend a Doctoral Program in I-O Psychology at the University of Minnesota.

Wil Jimenez graduated from GWU in the spring of 2016. He went on to attend a Doctoral Program in I-O Psychology at Old Dominion University.

Dr. Nikki Blacksmith was a lab member from 2012-2016. She is currently working as a post-doctoral researcher at the Army Research Institute.
