Dr. Tara Behrend is the John Richard Butler II Endowed Professor in the Department of Human Resources and Labor Relations at Michigan State University. She conducts research on technology use in the contexts of training, recruitment/selection, and STEM education. She is serving as the 2023-2024 SIOP President.
