Top 10 Workplace Trends for 2015

Over 8000 Members of SIOP were asked to complete a survey the top workplace trends that organizations will expect to see in 2015.  And just like the previous year,  technology continues to impact the workplace according to those in the field of I-O psychology.

As researchers interested in the implications of technology in the workplace, the members of WAVE Lab were excited to see the focus of their work represented by several trends on the list.  Item number four on the list, for instance, reflects the fact I-O psychologists expect that technology will continue to impact how work is performed and how people interact with others.
