2015’s First Modern App column is Now Available in TIP

The WAVE lab is lucky to have one of its own members serving as a contributor to the SIOP publication The Industrial-Organizational Psychologist (TIP). Nikki Blacksmith is co-author of the quarterly TIP column Modern App which focuses on the application of modern technology and social media in the workplace.

In the latest column  Nikki Blacksmith and co-author Tiffany Poeppelman, discuss the challenge of virtual work and provide examples of how technology can address some of the challenges that come along with working virtually.
